If you like to pay extra for a gated community, with gates that NEVER close, an office staff that will not accept packages from USPS or UPS or FedEx, and an office staff that must choose what maintenance things get looked at, and what promises to honor, this is the place for you.
I have lived here almost 5 years. I have renewed 4 leases. My rent has went up 4 times. I have brought 3 friends here to live, my rent has GONE UP 4 times.
I just got off the phone with the office after they lost a UPS package for me. And they told me it wasn't their fault. Well, I have the tracking number, it says ROGER signed for it, and ROGER just happens to be in the office, yet it isn't their fault' Funny, a month ago, ROGER told me that they no longer accepted packages without tracking numbers because the office staff gets blamed when things don't show up...and well, now HE loses my package.
My garage door broke a year ago. I have turned in about 6 requests total over the past 1.5 years...still broken, and now it is cracking and tearing the metal of the door. I have tried to ask for help with it'!
I was told I got a free carpet cleaning when I renewed my lease. Still haven't seen or heard another word, that was 6 months ago.
The gates don't work, wo that makes my complaint about the keychain button they give you to work the gates moot...cuz they don't work in the rare event the gate does close.
And who the heck chose the color scheme of the new paint''''''''''' UGLY! green building, black stairs, brown doors'' wow.
Don't forget the ON-SITE CAR WASH...hasn't worked in years. The pools, yeah, residents only, unless you attend the local college, they get free reign for the beer parties. You don't need to go far to drag race, just hit the parking lot!
I am moving out, all 5 of my neighbors have agreed to not renew a lease due to the bad attitude of the office staff. Obviously new management doesn't care about anything but getting people in the door and screwing them once they get there.
And yes, I can complain about this management. I have been there 5 years, and seen it with all the old owners and management. It was nice, they were nice, things were done. This new group sucks, and I can't get out of there fast enough!

I just want to inform you that UPS picked the package back up,the package was not lost by any staff member here at springcreek. This issue is currently being researched with the UPS driver by a UPS rep. When the research is complete a update will be posted.
