me and my friend are about to sign a 9 month lease. we already put $260 down that we can't get back and were suppost to move into bldg 13.. im reading these now and thinking oops... was it the right decision'

everyone in the office has been great and i've even come up there to get measurments and for whatever reasons like 5 times and they've been awesome. we're both young and have 2 jobs, so noise isn't really an issue for us. the only complaints i have seen on here is about noise and things not being fixed in time, oh and office ppl.. i duno. . .we're pretty laidback and not soo needy but i was just wondering if there were any other issues besides thos 3.. everything has been great so far! the staff has been wonderful.

You haven't even moved in and you are rating this place....lol You are young and do not care about noise, okay, party on. Would you care if your a/c went out and it was not fixed for days while it has been this hot? How about this winter when it gets cold and your heater goes out, have lots of blankets, and oh, I hope your apartment has a fireplace. Have you used the pool yet? Oh that's right, it is locked. How about that sauna; it has been two years since that thing has been broken. Good luck kiddos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
