Let me start off by saying I have lived in this community for a year and a half.
When I moved in the community was great I never had any issues with maintenance or the management staff. Every time I had a request for maintenance they responded within a day of the request.
Recently after the new management (Nolan Real Est.) took over it's a whole different story. You have a continue to call on any maintenance request you have to get them to respond. The pools are locked all the time even during the day. The gates have not worked for the past 5 months, apparently those are fixed now (lets see for how long).
Do even get me started on the management staff. They like to avoid you and will never call you back. All they care about is if you pay rent on time. They tend to loose things as well. The little Asian guy with glasses in the office is horribly rude and could care less about any problems you have. If I have to go to the office for something and see him then I just turn around and leave. If you talk to him it will be just wasting your breath he won't do anything.
The best thing about this complex is there is a great deal of visitor parking. You can always find a parking spot near your apartment in this complex.
I agree with comments about the noise, it is a big problem. I am on the third floor so I do not hear as much but I can hear my downstairs neighbors on occasion. The outside noise is the big problem here (racing, gathering's of people outside at 2:30am on a week night, etc...)
Lately I think they are letting anyone lease in the complex. It is going downhill fast, it is starting to remind me of government housing in here!!!
Luckily my lease is up in a month and a half and I'm gone!

Something you have to remember, you can;t blame the leasing agents they need jobs to.They don't have the say in what happens there at SpringCreek. They lease apartments and they report report issues but have no control on when they get done, see their not the manager, the manager and the regional manger and corp manager have the say and pull , not the leasing agent front men you see in the office when your greeted.The problem starts with the regional and trickles down the property manager and then to asst. manager.

I agree totally!!! I have never dealt with such rude customer service. I know exactly who you are talking about..his name is Ray. Yes he is rude! the rest of the staff are the same way.

The manager and black assistant manager sleep together. They are locked at the hip and do nothing but run for coffee of a day. The management company only wants to fill the apartments. Criminals are moving in and out.
