I have lived here for a year and have not had any issues. Everyone at the office is nice and trys to work with you. I have overall had a great experience. It has been a little hard to get through to them at the office because they are so busy helping others. They get back to me when I leave a message.

Ever try putting in a call for maintenance? Obviously not, because they are unresponsive and completely clueless and disorganized. Not to mention the fact that you have to HOUND them to get anything done, 'cause they keep losing their damn work orders.

I agree with this response. It is so obvious the first comment was made by the manager. Look at most of the positive comments, and you can see some of the same tone. They have to throw in their positive comments here and there because their rating is sooooooooo low. This place does not care about you. If you go in the office needing something they really treat you like you are bothering them. Roger used to work there and he truly cared.
