Before I start, I'd like to note that the previous two (2) comments are posted Anonymously by the staff. How stupid do they think we are' Read them for yourself, sounds like a commerical. Now on with the show.....

The management are scam artists, they've been stealing money from late payments (ie pocketing the money and noting the payment wasn't late) and over charging on utilities and garbage. The manager by the name of Essean (I didn't spell it right) is the culprit, she's pure evil. She tried to charge me $4,000 to move out and told me she was being generous, in reality it was only the reletting fee of 700 to break contract. Also, beware of the contracts I had two different ones on file with my signature on both (which I didn't sign). There is a silver lining to this dark cloud, another manager named Deborah is an angel. She's very helpful and seems genuinely concerned when you have problems and makes time in her schedule to help. Also, when Deborah is running the place while Essean is off or gone all the staff seem to behave much better, when Essean is there everyone ignores you as soon as you walk in or lies about how much you owe. (From the time I walked in the door to see about my move out I saw three people all of which gave me vastly different dollar amounts for move out)

PS - Don't live ANYWHERE near the corner south of the water tower, nothing but drug dealers and druggies. I watched them every weekend SELL drugs below my apartment and the cops do nothing when you call. Sure they come out, but sometimes never get out of their car. Only one time did they attempt to do something about a problem (excessivly loud music, it was moving my coffee table around the living room), they did stop the music for a while.
