Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
When I first moved in, Trammel Crow was managing the property and it was great. Any maintenance problems were handled quickly, then this other company took over and they may come and they may not. Larry is great, and you can count on him, if you're lucky enough to get him, that is. Most of the guys that they send can't even speak decent English. Most of the people I knew moved out and now it's a bunch of riff-raff. My advice is: don't bother. just keep on going.
