It is better than most apartments but seems to be going down hill as far as residents and quality people living there are concerned. Most of the quality people I am talking about have moved out. They do have some nice emmentities (sp)though. Deborah the manager is very nice and is proactive in helping solve any problems. I feel that they have nicer staff than they use too. Maintenance is a joke. Somebody poured cat litter in front of the apartment and I was promised for weeks that it would be cleaned up. It never happened to my knowledge.
