I agree with some of the above...it feels like this place is trying...however I don't understand some of the folks that live here. For such nice apartments, you'd figure they'd have better screening methods...nothing prejudice in nature but a simple question like, "Do you let your Akita/Pitbull/German Shepard run around without a leash'" Something like that could probably save them some heartache down the road. They told me when I rented that the loop around the parking lot was a great walk, but no matter when I decide to go, it's a sure bet some stray dog is going to take a run at me! I love dogs too, but there are some monsters here!
I'd say all in all, they've got the place looking nice, they've got a good value, they are getting SOME decent residents...if only they could put more focus on the living situation, "little things" like loose dogs and bugs will chase would-be long term residents away.
