We lived in Centergate [or Spring Creek] back before the horrible management it has now, and come to find out only 2 weeks ago are they trying to back-bill us for one month's pro-rated rent for the last month we lived there back in SUMMER 2006!!

They couldn't and wouldn't make accomodations for me when I was hugely pregnant, and didn't give us any sensible options to what we had so we paid them what our agmt stated, gave them a month's notice & left. Nothing was heard from them again and we were GLAD; they shut down the main pool for 3 months, maintenance was S-L-O-W to fix anything and the noise from neighbors was insane. All of a sudden they hire a lawyer in April '08 saying we skipped out: no notice, no nothing from our end. Apt. staff had our ph #s, new address but no one called! They said we moved to be "closer to work"; HELLO, we moved 2 miles away & not closer to work! Do not live there long, or think about moving there at all. It takes them 5 visits to fix A/C and even then the apt. staff NEVER answer the phone. Box everything up and leave.

read the last line of that review- sounds like a staged review from across the street- there is no broken pipe in the parking lot, never has been- the move in special are charged back if you fail to stay through the first lease I was told that when I moved in... I have to tell you- 98% of the above review is a lie.. drive around the complex and see for yourself- lived here for three years myself and I am not leaving and especially not across the street

The problem is the INEPT INCOMPETENT ACCOUNTANT Named "Elexis Kabbelliya." SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! Somebody here PLEASE start a campaign to get her out of there, she continutally overcharges people and knows it, it continues and they do NOTHING about her, just let her RIP OFF residents ad nauseum. FIRE ELEXIS!
