Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
In short, lived there a couple years. Just moved out. We didn't have the heart/stomach to re-up again. Seems everyone with $1 can move in here. *Warning* - don't live on the 3rd floor. Besides the moving trouble/expense, if the hiking up and down doesn't kill you, the AC bill will. Just say NO to 3rd floor apts. Usual apartment woes.. parking, trash, neighbors that don't respect their neighbors.
The upside is Deborah the apt mgr. She rules with an iron fist! The downside is her lackies don't understand english. Good luck!
