worst apartments i have ever lived in!!!!!

These are by far the worst apts i have ever lived in in my entire life! everyone in the office are incompetent. it took 3 weeks for them to complete a maintenance request, and that was after harassing them daily! oh, and good luck on getting ahold of someone in the office by phone.. it just rings and rings, no one EVER answers and then the answering service hangs up on you!! there is NO working hot tub, the only decent pool they had they drained it, so now every drunk white trash person goes to the volleyball pool where it is FILLED with trash, beer bottles and food. it is absolutely disgusting and an embarassment. if i worked for their management company, i would be completely embarassed! if you like loud noise, trash, rude staff, increasing rent and every felon in texas living by you, then you will love it here!
oh and i called two weeks ago to put in a maintenace request about a leak, still nothing. i've called twenty times and only spoken to someone twice. TWICE!!!!! and still leaking
real great apts these are!

I agree with you completely. I have also had major issues with maintenance. I've called in maintenance requests for over a month at a time and they never fixed the stuff at all! I checked my air filter yesterday and it looks like it hasn't been changed in over a year! And worse, my air conditioner is going out now and I can't even get ahold of anyone to fix it. I have pets in my apartment that are in danger of heat stroke because of the hot weather and an air conditioner that doesn't work properly. I've talked to the answering service personnel twice now and they've been incredibly rude both times, interrupting me every time I try to talk to someone. They are nice apartments, but this is absolutely ridiculous! I will not live here anymore when my lease expires.
