Yeah it is really funny how the rent went up. I used to pay about 730 a month, did not have the money to move, and saw that they wanted to sign me on for nearly 975 a month. I talked to Deborah and it was taken down to 810 a month. OK fine, but so far 2 requests to get the door fixed and now the sprinkler outside is broken and Tony in the office said that if it damaged anything of mine inside the apartment (since it is leaking through the window) that my renters' insurance will have to pay for. Yeah whatever, condesending piece of crap! I will be moving out when this lease is up next time. So nice to your face in the office but when you call to say that the maintenance people are NOT allowed in the apartment wihtout somebody being home they get all mean and rude with you. If there are people that are so happy to live here you can have this dump. My car tires have been slashed twice, had to pay out of pocket for that crap and then my friend that I work with her husbands car got broken into. For those of you who think this is such a great place get off of whatever drugs you are taking and open your eyes! NO wait you are the office staff trying to put in comments to raise the rating from 28%. I have a tip for you: go to the tallest building you can find and jump off head first!

YOU NEED TO SEND THE CERT LETTER TO SPRING CREEK APTS!! No wonder Nolan didn't respond, legally you have to send your maintenance requests in cert letters to the apartment community itself. This process doesn't involve Nolan. But you should write Nolan a customer service letter about your problems w/Spring Creek maintenance, on the envelope, ATTN: Customer Services.
