I lived in apartments for almost ten years, till I moved to these apartments, and I am glad I moved here, because it woke me up to the fact that it was about time I bought a house.The apartment complex is very crowded, no parking spots, and the neighbours upstairs and even downstaris were quite noisy.There was a farm behind the apartment complex that every morning lets out an incredible stench, that permeates the whole neighborhood.Lots of roaches.Some birds live on the roof , so they constantly defecate on the cars, so if you dont get a garage, that costs about 100 dollars a month,you car will have bird poo on them. several garages were broken into and items stolen.I had had enough of this, and so i bought a house with zero down, and monthly mortgage payment is close to what i was spending at the apartment. Be brave, apartment dweller, and buy a house, infact get a brand new house. go to the builders, tell them you want an fha financed loan if you are a first time home owner. i bought a horizon home, but there are good builders like horizon, david weekly and ryland homes.infact, you can move to a new house with less hussle than you might think.
