Spring Creek apts are by far the most poorly managed apts (if you can even call what they do managing) i have ever lived in.
Elexa their account manager is by far the rudest person i have ever encountered
how someone so INCOMPETENT even has a job is beyond me
she over charges us EVERY SINGLE MONTH late fees that arent even ours
She couldnt add if her life was depending on it
Basically, spring creek management will be nice untill the ink is dried on the lease, then you are just another number to them
they could care less if you apt is even on fire
they are just trying to fill this place as fast as possible, so they are allowing any felon, crack head, illegal immigrant to live here
this is not a joke either, DO NOT MOVE HERE
you will regret it dearly
if you have problems, you need to call their management company and ask to speak with lori, their supervisor
trust me, if you have a problem at the office, they will not do a single thing to help you
