Just a quick note to say I agree with most of the negative comments - particularly the incompetence of the "management staff" - horrendous! I do feel it necessary though to ask people to stop pointing out the fact that they "are the (white) minority" as race has nothing to do with it. There are bad tenants & good tenants, bad management staff memebers, etc. no matter their race.

True, its easy to say race doesn't have anything to do with weather or not someone is a good or bad tenant. But when your apartment AND car get robbed at an apartment complex and the only people that are roaming around are not white, it easy point the finger. Before people by an apartment they should absolutely know that if you are white you are the minority at the Giovanna. These apartments are VERY unsafe!
