Now they have changed their name to match their desired surroundings. This place WAS TURNING Ghetto ... NOW IT TRULY IS. The rent should drop dramatically over the next few months to match the new demographics. Maintenance is poor at best with Mickey Mouse rigged repairs, when anything is actually repaired. Usually, the maintenance staff mark "repaired" when they haven't even been to look at the problem. It takes at least three (3) attempts and direct conversations to get someone to actually look at the problem. Then comes the Micky Mouse work.
People with pets do not pick up after them even with the management constantly threatening them. Garbage pick up days are ignored constantly even with management threats.
------- Pool Side Parties are loud and frequent. People's laundry drying on the tops of their vehicles. This place looks a lot like South Dallas / Oak Cliff at more than double the price (currently).
