DISCLAIMER: I have never been personally screwed by this apartment complex, nor have they taken any due money. Also, I received both of my deposits back, and I have no slant or bias because of any pending debt problem with this company. This is my factual opinion and generally unbiased report of my last year of existence in a sub-par apartment complex.

There are several things wrong with this complex.

Mainly it is a safety and noise issue. Get used to seeing crime scene investigators rolling around the parking lot about once every month. I was even at the gas station nearby (QT) and I walked out with a drink when someone asked me if I knew where a hospital was, as his friend just got shot while "handling a deal" in Spring Creek Apartments.

It is just not a good place to live, there are people out at all hours of the night, roaming the parking lot. I don't know what they're doing, but it all looks very suspicious. Perhaps it's nothing. Also, there was a break in on the other side of our building.

If you live near a pool (probably a good chance you will/do) you will hear people all night long. Literally, you will hear people from when you go to bed until the next morning in some cases. The grounds are terrible, they're littered with trash and useless residents who won't put their trash out on the correct day. There are no cameras to observe break-ins for police, also, there is no real police presence at the apartment (as residents call in complaints about random, trite garbage all the time due to frustration).

As stated before, I did not feel safe on any fundamental level, at night my girlfriend (who stays up later than me) would hear the handle jiggle and click as if someone were attempting to get in our apartment. There would be a series of bangs afterward, waking me from my slumber. These were all reported to the office message service to no avail, they told me to stay inside and hope they went away.

Construction of this place completely sucks. The bottom floor of an adjacent building completely crumbled. Literally. The second floor fell into the first floor, according to the contractors working on the job. When I asked the office what happened, they responded with a curt, annoyed, "These building are old, sometimes they fall apart." Is that something you want to hear from your apartment office staff' I think no. Also, the sliding glass doors let a ton of air seep out because they are not weatherproofed in any way, shape, or form. It's terrible, in a large 2 bedroom apartment with the A/C set at 78 and heat set at 70 we would have over $300 electrical bills.

The staff is a pain. They are almost all completely useless. End of story. There are too many examples to list. They are slow to respond, if they respond at all. However, if there's a payment problem they rouse themselves to handle it. Whether for or against them, they generally solve money issues quickly.

Overall this apartment is rated terribly, and it is my opinion it deserves it. It's the worst place I've ever lived. Also, any place with a good reputation won't change it's name erratically for it's entire existence.

oh..----. i didn't see this site before i just signed this apt on last staurday. although i lost the application fee (190),i need to change mind to find another apt.
