This place was ok when I lived here years ago...but me and my husband had personal problems and had to move. At the time, we spoke to the Property Manager and she okayed everything and let us out of our lease. We moved and gave a forwarding address. About a year ago, I was going to move to another apt. when they said I owed Spring Creek about $800!!! It was due to the fact that my 'oven was dirty', and other ridiculous things that weren't true. I had no choice but to contact their corporate office. The lady there was real nice and cut me a deal to pay half of the amount since there was a discrepancy. I paid it, and still to this day about another year after that they are still saying the balance is still there. I wanted called several times to the leasing office for them to clear the balance, and no one ever returns my call. They know that this is an urgent matter because again I need to move at the end of this month, and I have paid this over months ago! Now I have to go again out of my way to contact the corporate office, or actually go back to the leasing office and hopefully talk to someone in person. It is ridiculous that after years of not living there I am still having to deal with them!
Please save yourself from moving here!
