I cannot stress how much of a hellhole this place is. The staff is the rudest bunch of incompetents, there isn't an educated one in the entire place. They NEVER answer the phone, EVER!!! Maintenance requests go unresponded, rent and notices go "missing", claiming they never received them, and the staff is more condescending to tenants than anything I've ever seen. It's almost laughable, if I hadn't lived there and endured 6 months of terror from this "management" staff.

The noise is ungodly at all hours of the night, both outside (horrendously loud music, people shouting, car/stereo noise), and inside (the people above me stomped and threw what sounded like 18-wheelers 24 hours a day. I could hear my neighbors cough as loud as if they were standing next to me.) I should have known better, when on move-in day one of my neighbors asked if I was moving in, and when I answered "yes", he shook his head and said good luck. My apartment was broken into, I had a suitcase of my daughter's clothes stolen right out of my car trunk when I was still standing next to it in my garage with my back turned!

The police are called out to this place on a daily basis. It is such a common occurrence that there was a shooting in the complex and I didn't even know about it, because things of that nature occur so frequently. I am a female in my mid-20's, middle class, and I was BY FAR the minority. I refused to sleep in my apartment unless my boyfriend was present. I hardly even lived here because I feared for my life constantly.

Maintenance comes by when no one is home, and they don't even attempt to fix anything. My apartment was COVERED in ants everywhere, no matter what I did. Move-in day there were dead roach babies in my cabinets and the sink caddy. The fridge was a disaster, the shower was broken and ancient, and my patio door was broken, I had to wedge a bat in it to ensure it wasn't open. During my tenure at this rat's nest, the entire second floor of the apartment directly next to mine COLLAPSED. COLLAPSED. Apparently this occurred from water damage.Trash was EVERYWHERE, regardless of pickup day.

I cannot say enough how insanely rude and ridiculously incompetent this pathetic excuse of a staff is, it's alarming. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am still dealing with the consequences of being in immediate need of a place to live and not looking deeper and reading comments about these apartments. My credit has been affected, and I was early on every payment in full, but erroneous charges have been placed on my account, and I was told they would be taken care of, but to my dismay, credit agencies are calling almost daily. Save yourself a life's worth of excruciating headache with these delinquents.
