This was the first apartment me and my husband lived in.. nice newlywed place.. not. Its a horribel place. I liked the layout and actually liked the apartment part of it just fine, but the maintence guys were horrible. We had a problem with the door to go into our apartment not wanting to unlock and was getting worse. We reported it and wanted it to get fixed. I was about 7 months pregnant, just got home from work, and the door wouldn't open. no matter what i did it just wouldn't open. I went to the office which was just closing and they told me that I would have to wait till the morning. Bull.. you don't tell a pregnant lady she can't get into her apartment.. i was upset and still get that way thinking of how rude they were to me. I stood in her way to get out and refused to move till she got maintance to open the door for me and fix it so I won't be scared to sleep taht night without being able to lock it. My husband was still at work and by the time he got home he had a crying wife and a very angry maintance guy at the door to greet him. The maintance guy was rude as rude can be complianing that he wanted to go home and how long his day was and how dare i make him stay past his precious 5pm to fix the door. Sorry but have you ever carried a baby inside you standing all day and just want to sit and relax!' When it was time to release we left as fast as we possibly could after seeing that they wanted to raise our rent $200. and we always pay on time, always early and always took care of things. When we left they charged us saying that we left the place a mess and that we left things broken.. things that we had on the maintance list of things to do for over 6 months! I refused to pay them and still do. Don't move here.. its a horrible place.. no matter what they change thier name to.
