If you are seriously considering leasing an apartment DO NOT get one here. After my apartment was robbed (by someone who supposedly lives on the property as well) the Giovanna management was ridiculous! One man working in the front office actually said, "well its better than Oak Cliff." I could not believe it!
The apartment property looks terrible, and is ghetto. Being a young female I NEVER felt safe there.
Living here was by far one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

BY far the worst decision I have made. I have'nt been robbed but I am sure it is only a matter of time.I will leave in September not a day to soon what a slum this place is!

This is ridiculous!I just signed a lease here and they never answer the phone and maintanance sucks as well!!!!!!
