Lived here 1 year and made rent on time, every time.
PROS:
- Near the Dallas North Tollway, Cinemark Tinseltown, and right across the street from a Tom Thumb.
- Cheap rent!
- Windows on both ends of the apartment. Doesn't give off that cave impression like some do.
CONS:
- Pretty small.
- Speed bumps.
- At the time there was a lot of construction in the area.
- Thin walls, and at times you'd literally bump into your neighbor because the doors were almost touching.
- No ceiling fan in the den and one of the bedrooms. In texas, this is a must!
Overall, my experience was positive!
