I can't for the live of me understand how a place like W. Plano, can have a place like this in it's mist. I come from a common place from up North with MUCH better than this place. I have NEVER seen such an unorganzied property in my life. I thought living in the North was bad, but this place (and TX) itself is just, WOW....no words come to mind that is desent for me to type at the moment.
Besides the bugs/roaches, rats, poorly maintained, out-dated, self-centered employees, trashy looking, lack of mondern amenities, unruly and destructive children, parents with "other" things to do besides watch and control there children, boy I can go on and on, but I think you have the picture. For the price I'm paying, I can get a 3 or 4 bedroom house with yard, or possible a pool in the backyard. Why am I putting up with this' I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE, not even my worst of worst enemies!!!!
Amd another thing, If management changes just one more time, I tell you. The city of Dallas shoul and could run it better than these last two managements since I've been here the last 2 1/2 to 3 years.
I can't take it, so I'm OUT OF HERE!!!!!
Good Luck, prospective tenant want-to-be.

It seems to me that if living conditions were this bad this person would just move out! Why would you stay somewhere for 2-3 years if you are so unhappy. I am a resident here and this is an extreme overexaggeration. There are no rats and the children that I've seen are always outside with their parents. For the complaint about roaches and bugs--that seems to describe the cleanliness of the resident. I don't have roaches or bugs...but then again I maintain a clean apartment. My advice, don't listen to all the bad things--most people only come on here to ----- and complain. If you want to see what this community is like, drive by for yourself...day or night the people here are family oriented. Come see for yourself.
