Rent was great now it's not. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2007   Price was the only thing going for this complex and that will soon be changing....each little improvement they make raises the rent astronomically. While it's true that the new management is making improvements, they are mostly of a cosmetic nature. They should really be concentrating on the poor construction of the apartments. Walls are very thin and studs are not placed properly, insulation is almost non existant, windows and doors let in more air than they keep out. Electric bills are outrageous. Repairs are not made in a timely manner and most of the time, I have to call again to find out when they will be done. My apartment has not had new carpeting or paint in the 12 years that I have lived here. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up, since the whole reason for staying here will be gone...cheap rent.
