I left the city of Dallas to come to these apts.in Plano for several reasons! One: to leave the ghetto enviorment- the loud noisey neighbors, the loud music, people walking around the streets with their wife beater shirts on if no shirt at all, trashy people and unhealthy living.

Two: to be around a healthy neighborhood, quietness at it's best. I didn't blame the home owners in the area for complaining of building this complex years ago, afraid of unhealthy establishers coming over and changing the scenery. For two whole years, it was bliss.

Three: The rent prices where acceptable,, whether they raised the rent or not, it was worth the price for a healthy enviorment.

Now the Wellington accepted to bring over a piece of Dallas into this neighborhood and yes I am resident. Thanks to the Wellington,I am now back in Dallas! Same neighbors, noisy children, dirty dogs, dirty trash and of course the cosmetic surgery is so Dallas.
