Avoid This Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Horrible management, horrible parking, and tiny living spaces with NO storage. They have landscaped with poision plants (no kidding) - they treat you like royality when you visit, but once you have moved in, they treat you like the enemy. Parking used to be adequate until they decided to put in covered parking, for which they charge $35 a month. If I could get out of my lease, I'd be gone tomorrow. They currently have a $500 bonus for referrals - I'd pay my firends $500 to move someplace else.
