I agree with you. I found many roaches after I moved into this apartment.

Being a former tenant and office worker, I too agree with the majority. Formally now as Parkwood Place Apts. needs a some serious changes! Everything from new management, worker, maintanance, and so on! to remodle some apts. here and there is not going to cut it. They need to start over from scratch with each unit, not buiding by buidling, some aparts and not others. The bug problem is going to continue if they don't. I'm sooooo surprise the city hasn't come in and said anything. And the price you'all are paying for rent now, the tenant union should have been involved months ago. Good Luck everyone, my prayers are with you.

ok i think that the apt office workers are the only ones on here with the good reviews... that is funny they have to secure some sanity for this hot mess of apts.

Who ever claims they use to work at these apartments needs to get their facts straight. Every single apartment is being remodeled as soon as someone moves out. I see them teear out everything and put in all new stuff like woodfloors, newcarpet, new appliances and new cabinets. The Orkin guy comes out once a week and as far as roaches I never see any like I use to. I am positive they came from all the familys that use to live here that did not keep a clean home and the old management staff did nothing about. How can you get rid of raches when you allowed those people to live that away. I could do with out the construction noise here and ther but over all I am very happy here and am pleased with all the new changes.

I can't help but laugh when I read all of these reviews. I moved out recently to a REAL luxury apt. that does not have roaches, is ghetto free, but most importatnly Tracy free. That is one awful ----- that would make a witch's titties fall off. Don't bother complaining to Aspen Management, they don't care and ignore you, but they do tell Tracy and then it's over. She's out for revenge.

Just so every knows, I moved because of the roach issue. I live their for 2 yrs and all of a sudden there they were. I gave a 60 day notice, but had to move after 30, my Dad had open heart surgery and needed me to stay with him and help him, so they put $800 onto my credit. Just ran my credit for this year and somehow that amount has magically changed to $1900 dollars. When I moved and cleaned up the place, I took a baggie of roaches into the office and gave them to the manager.
