They do reel you in nicely they are smooth talkers. I was promised or told what was included, whatever! Then they want to pay you to refer a friend. I don't know about you, but I would not do a friend or anybody like that. This is not the place you want to live. I can't wait to get out of here! To small, not enough storage, no garbage disposer, all the doors had to be cut to fit the wierd door openings so they look weird. Oh,the bedrooms cold, living room hot or vise versa. No door in the utility area to block out sound from machines and you can hear everything above and next to you. If your looking for large bathrooms, then this is the place. I would rather have bigger rooms. The pantry is the smallest I have ever seen the cabinets are fake wood, they are covered with laminant. I had never had to pay for hot water in an apartment. Gates, well it seems like the "In" gate is always open, so why even have them' To sum it up, these apartments were not built good enough to compete in this area, not for the regular going rate for rent which is $900 to $1,000 for this size. I wish I could get into the heavy stuff that has occured, but that would give me away. I so wish I would have not moved here, but lets just say it was a time crunch, big mistake. I would have been better off putting stuff in storage than moving here.
