So here's the 411. I used to love living at these apartments. The previous owners looked like they were really taking an interest in making the apartments/community nicer. Then...they went with new management. The current management is horrible. My car got towed in error, and mgmt decided to repay me by taking it out of the next month's rent. Well...they forgot about the arrangement. I also received a notice/warning for being in violation of the lease agreement for something that wasn't meant for me but my neighbor. Also, I paid my rent over the phone as I forgot to leave the check at the office. A few days later I received the notice to file eviction. I called the office, and the guy who take my payment over the phone was like oh yeah, I remember. WTF' Are you kidding me' Since the new mgmt has taken over, all of the repairs/maintenance that the previous owner's did has gone to hell. I would seriously reconsider moving here.

you know I lived there for 6 years and it had been awful the last 2 since the new owners took over. I can totally relate to you. They asked me to move out in May of this year, I was gonna stay but they signed me out of my lease so I took it and ran. Then they charged me for the carpet which was almost 7 years old and put on my credit that I was evicted. Watch out for them, Traci is sneaky!!!!! I am in the process of desputing their charges. They dont know yet but I AM taking them to court for the charges they say I owe and also personal harrassment while I was living there. Good luck but it only gets worse. Get everything in writing and when giving a work order or paying rent (anything) have them sign it. Thats your only proof of anything. Dont report them to corporate because I dealt with them on many occassions and they did not a thing and just sent the complaint back to Traci to deal with.
