Office personell is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I have lived here for a while and sometime in 2002 the management changed. They are very rude and do not listen to what you have to say. They tried to make us pay extra rent and when we asked to speak to the property owners, they would not give us their name. Every month I have to go to the office and explain my contract with them. They are absolutely the worst apartment personell I have ever had to deal with! Also there is dog crap all over the place, they don't make people pick up after themselves.
