I do agree that the previous management was better then the present as posted by other members on this board. I guess the reason I have stayed here so long is the convenience. The area is one of the nicest in Plano, but the apartments just don?t fit in there anymore. It is not that they are THAT horrible, but they have definately gone downhill since the latest Management took over. Someone needs to ask them what their occupancy rate is...really low...and don't ask them, coz they will lie through their teeth straight on your face...They are letting all sorts of rift raft move in. I am not trying to be racial by any means at all, but you could probably count all the quality people that live there on one hand now. Security gates, which are ALWAYS OPEN!!! There is NO security to speak of whatsoever. Like I said, the only reason I stay is because of the convenience to work and family.
