I've been living at Thornbury for over a year. The square footage is good, trees are great, and I have no complaints about maitenence. The managment staff, though, needs to be retrained. The managing supervisor is never available and does not return calls. She is impatient and rude. The staff does a lot of finger pointing and you get different information with each person you talk to (and you're the idiot when you go into talk with them). There is too much turn over. I would like to see the managment start treating the residents in a more professional manner. They may end up having longer lease terms if they treated the residents like welcome guests, rather than pests.
