Please contact me detailing your experience with Thornbury at Chase Oaks. I am compiling a list of past residents who have had bogus charges on moveout. Apparently the scam is to charge people for replacing a carpet on move-out, claimiing the carpet cannot be cleaned. Threatening to ruin your credit, if you don't atleast pay half. This seems all too familiar. You can contact me anonymously if you like, but please contact me if you have been through a similar situation.
