Thornbury At Chase Oaks

Bang for the Buck! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This is a great apartment community. The apartment construction looks good from outside and it is well-constructed and new from inside. Plenty of windows, so the apartment is well lit. The area is green and there are lot of trees. The best thing about the apartments is the location. I lived in the apartment that faced the Chase Oaks golf course. The view is awesome. There is lot of place to walk or just sit in the patio in the evening. No problem with the security. Maintenance is prompt. Negatives: Staff is not the best feature of this complex. They behave like they are doing favor by renting you the apartment. Second, there is no laundry facility if you need one. And with this location, you have to go far to do laundry. Third, the pool is ok, but the fitness center is almost useless. But that was not a consideration to me.
