I don't live here, but I was interested, until I saw that not one but TWO convicted sex offender lives there. There names are Windell Ray Polly and Cedric Ponce. Polly was convicted of Aggrivated Sexual Assault of a Child (female 10) back in 1996. Ponce was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child (female 14) in 1998. You can find Polly's information here:

Really -----tard? Think about this. TXDPS is the sex offender database. Correct information has to be given for sex offenders. That's why its MANDATORY to provide your address. How the ---- would you know where they live if it's an apt complex. They may not be ON the lease, but that is where THEY have claimed to be living. Maybe next time, THINK before you look stupid.

As for the sex offenders, we would all hope the parole officers (state employees) had verified the addresses of the offenders on their caseload before they are reported to State of Texas Sex Offender Database. If the listing is wrong, then you should scream at your state representative about the reporting system, if you want to be productive that is.

actually, even if you did misunderstand that website... the girl wendell "sexually assualted" i believe was 14. the situation was, he was a senior in high school, 18 yrs old and the girl LIED about her age. she looked a lot older than she was. and it was consentual... that is until her PARENTS FOUND OUT, and made her falsify and press charges. so get the facts straights. THANKS

Sexual assault of a minor, is sexual assault of a minor. That's why he was charged. And last year, 2007, the police raided an apartment at this complex looking for a sex offender who who living there. The police sent letters to the city owned golf course next door..
