I have lived here for about 3 months now in a one bedroom with a den apartment. The grounds and apartment are beautiful. We have a gorgeous view of the golf course, and it is so peaceful and relaxing. The maintenance staff and office staff are very nice. We love the huge windows in every room, and the layout of the apartment is great. We haven't had any problems with our apartment.

About a month ago we got neighbors above us and in the unit next to ours. Before, everything was so peaceful and quiet. Now we realize there is no insulation between units. We hear every footfall of our neighbor above us. I hear when he opens the drawers in his bedroom, when he takes a shower, etc. Then someone moved into the apartment to the side of us. We hear him snoring at night, hear his alarm clock, hear him talking, etc. For such a beautiful apartment, I really wish they had put some insulation between units.

The parking is only an issue if you come home after 10 at night. I used to work late, and I would always have to park away from my apartment. However, it's such a beautiful complex, it was nice walking and seeing the trees. Now I'm at home more and don't work late, and I always park right next to my apartment.

Overall, this is a beautiful apartment and so much better than all the other ones we looked at. Plus, it's a great price for what you get. We also have excellent access to 75, Cinemark, restaurants, and anything else we could need. There's also a great park a few blocks away with walking trails through the woods. It's an excellent location and a beautiful complex.
