Where do I start....

I lived here for a year... 2mths in I was ready to move out....
Had a horrible bug problem....Meaning yes Roaches.....
Management told us it was the people down stairs that caused us to have this problem...but never got fixed...they said they would come in a spary but it never helped...And I know we were not the cause of the problem...WE NEVER COOKED!!!
or were ever there for that matter....so I don t see how the problem could have been us....You cant make any noise...or you will get evicted...they do not give warnings....or so they say....The air conditioner very very loud...you could not even here your self when we were in the bathrooms!!!

and Last but not least....

when we moved out...I left the place spotless....

But tell me why our final bill was 900.00 dollars
for carpet replacement they said that s outrages.....
our carpet had a few stains...but not 900.00 dollars worth....
Yea basically send me to collections because I do not plan on paying that!!!!

I have had the total opposite experiance. I do live in a corner unit so that probably has some things to do with it. But I have a large plasma screen and with it deafening loud in the living room, you cant hear it in the bedroom when the door is closed. I am amazed at how quiet these apartments are. I have never heard the next door neighbors, and have twice heard the upstairs neighbor (once she was jogging and the TV was more than enough to drown that out, the other was her 2 large dogs running back and forth, but it sounded like a light hail and was also easily ignored.) So to say you can be booted for making noise, it must have been ALOT of noise, as this place is so quiet?! The roach problem would frustrate me, we just get the standard small spiders and other bugs that come in since we live on the ground floor, luckily no roaches! I did have a neighbor complain of black mold (the nasty stuff), and they moved them to a new apartment. Of course the AC is loud in the bathroom, its located in the bathroom. You can still have a conversation at a normal level, and with it in the bathroom you cant even hear the AC in the rest of the house, er apartment! I dont think the review (all 1's out of 5's) is actually correct but more from an upset previous tendent.
