1st off parking sucks- if you have any sort of life and don't come home right after getting off work, you won't get a parking spot, and you'll have to park outside of the "security" gate. Which is broken 75% of the month.
Didn't have a problem with bugs until recently- then I had water bugs, spiders, and other crawly things pop up all the time!
Had several leaks from the apartment above me, one was fixed, but the other one never got fixed before I moved out and had caused damage to the bathtub.
The light outside the walkway to my apartment was always out and I called several times to get it fixed... never was.

1st off parking does not suck, I have lived here for over a year and I always find it. I??????m sorry that you cannot always have front row parking; honestly you probably need the exercise anyways.
2nd if you had any idea what you were talking about you would realized that the gates are left open on purpose so that it makes it easy for people to leave early in the morning and come home after work, without having to wait on the gate!
And FYI if you had a life you wouldn't be blogging about how much your apartment sucked!

lol so you must have so much more of a life because YOU'RE ALSO "blogging" on here about the apartment! Very hypocritical... Um, what exactly is the point of a SECURITY gate if they "leave it open" for the ease of the residents..i've never heard of that are you sure you're not just making that up? The gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. yes, it's BROKE. because sometimes it only opens HALF WAY..only one side of the gate works if the gate will even open. Parking isn't too bad though, IF you get your spot before or after the normal times people are working. otherwise, you're left with a spot faaarrrr from your building more than likely.
