very rude management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived in this apartments for 6 months and staff changed 5 times with in these 6 months. Each time a new staff member is appointed, he/she issues some bill and by the time you goto apartment office to findout what for you are charged, the staff would be changed. Very irresponsible management. Very expensive for the kind of service. Water bill is ridiculous, in a 1 bedroom apartment it comes to $40 per month. there is a separate gas charge which comes to $10 a month. Inspite of Gas facility, electric bill comes average $150 per month. When called Electric (coserve), they said insulation in these apartments is not good. Overall: very expensive for service provided. Not worth the money spent.
