I've lived in many apartments while in the military. This apartment complex is by far the worst experience I've ever had! The management sucks! The staff is very irresponsible and the change over in staff is tremendous. They even gave me someone else's mail and refused to come pick it up at my apartment when I called to report it. The noise level is horrible between the thin walls and the traffic. I even paid 2 months rent at once because I was going to be out of town and I received a notice that if I didn't collect the overpayment it would be forfieted. That is the most ridiculous management decision I have ever encountered. Since the staff turnover is so high, no one ever knows what the heck you are talking about. Maintenance isn't much better. They'd come to change batteries in the fire alarms and a week later the fire alarm would go off in the middle of the night because the batteries were low. They constantly put up notices that crimes were happening on the property and to get to know our neighbors and report suspicous behavior....now that's encouraging. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please try somewhere else.
