I have lived in apartments all my life, so I am quite used to the ups and downs of management companies. I am little astounded at the extreme anger expressed by some of the reviewers, it makes me wonder what really happened. The maintenance staff has been here since I moved in and they have been the most consistantly good staff I have ever encountered. The office staff has changed over the years, but that happens everywhere. Some have been good and some bad, but Tramel Crowe usually weeds out the bad ones pretty quickly. The recent addition of the cares team (they plan all the monthly events) has been delightful. I have recommended to many of my friends and some have moved and they are happy too.
