After realizing the things already on this website are pretty old, I want my two cents in! Update. These places are town houses with inside stairs, so noise is really not a problem. Sometimes my neighbor has people over, but I can't really hear anything big. the maintenece guy is out every morning making sure there is no trash out, or poop. "stations" are all over for animal clean up, and the new staff is pretty hot. and they seem to be alright at getting stuff done on time. I re did my lease so I like it here.
