Simply the worst place I have ever lived.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I don't know what horror stories to begin to tell. First, I was moved from another VERY EXPENSIVE apartment managed by Trammel Crow (same people who manage Towns of Chapel Hill) after being evicted due to mold contamination. They moved me into this place with the same lease agreement as the mold place, then after 3 years hit me with a 3,000 dollar water bill. Yep, that is correct, 3,000 dollars! On top of all this, they decided NOT to let me renew my lease, giving me 3 days to find a new home. I don't think I saw the same management person in the office twice in two months (turnover rate was huge). Building construction was sub-standard, as there was not a single square angle in the apartment (think of living in the house Dr. Seuss built). No parking, but at least the air conditioner in the unit I was in worked very well. Overall, don't bother with this one. There are much better units in the area for lots less.
