I just turned in my notice to vacate!!! THANK GOD!!! If you want a REAL review about this aweful place... here it is...

1st-This woman's name starts with an "L", I wont completely throw her under the bus. I guess she is now the Leasing Manager. She is one of THE MOST lazy woman I have ever met. You ask her to do something and you constantly have to remind her. When I moved in, she didn't even have my lease ready. I had to sit there as she typed it. She will roll her eyes at you if you have an issue, and believe me, you WILL have an issue. She refuses to apologize when she is wrong, instead she will rush you out of the office ensuring she will fix whatever it is, but it will not be fixed. She always forgot to put in my service request, I would call and she would say, "Oh, we have been so busy, I will get it in today". Anytime I go in to the office, it seems as if she is always just hangin out with a male resident, the same guy all the time. He always has a chair pulled up inside the woman's office just laughing and talking, no wonder why my lease was not ready when I moved in. She will look at me and not even get up, she acts like she dont even see me there. Sometimes I feel this place is racist against people of color.

2nd-The HORRIBLE apartments-This place was built so bad they should not even be able to lease them. You can HEAR EVERYTHING! I can hear when my neighbor has normal conversations or when my upstairs neighbor opens or shuts a door. I can hear the garages opening and closing all night long. I have heard this place has a BIG issue with water leaks. I can hear someone when they sneeze. When you talk to the office about the issue, they say that it is an apartment complex and is what it is. Excuse me, but since when did apartments not have ANY insulation' I have lived in apartments prior to living here and never had such a noise problem.

3rd-Parking-If you live in the main bldg, GOOD LUCK finding a parking spot without walking twenty miles to your apartment. The other bldgs have plenty of parking, how thoughtful. To think I pay more for the location of mine.

The only good thing I can say is that this place does have frequent get togethers for the residents. They also always keep the fitness and restrooms clean, other than that, this place SUCKS.

I am glad that you also edited out your complaint that the food that they give you comes from "WAL-MART"...sheesh. I am not an employee. I do consider myself a friend of "L". I know that she is not a racist. If people don't jump to your beck and call when you enter the leasing office, more than likely it is because they ARE busy. You should do like I do when I need something from them. I sit in the lobby and wait until they are not busy. The fact that I have to wait is not the result of racism. That is just life.

Your right anonymous #2, It was not right for me to bash something so personal about someone, so I took it off. Maybe I have just had it and let myself go beyond what was necessary. HOWEVER, that does not discount ANY of the issues I have had here. Race IS a factor here, at least against certain people. If you NEVER hear your neighbors, than you must not have any or you are lying. AND, if you were to READ my comment correctly, you would have seen that I SAID that one of the only good things about these apartments are that they hold resident get togethers. I NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT IT. I am sorry if I feel that I pay TONS for rent and deserve a little bit more than the food that is served. This place makes a lot of money, the can afford to provide decent stuff. Looks like whomever posted this response is either an employee or a friend of the person I spoke of....... why else would you be so offended? I have VALID complaints. This is what apartment ratings is made for. I am not going to spend my time getting online and creating fake reviews, everything I comment on is because I have been through it.

I agree L sucks ass but then again the whole apts in general do so enough said so i guess L and her friend and whoever else works in the office that always goes on right after a bad comment and rights something nice or respnds to the FACTS that they get offended by spend that time doing your job and maybe the bad reviews would stop hmmmm there is an idea so basically Lori and Wendy get off your asses and do your job so that you wont see negative comments on the property and the office!!!!!!!!

IMPORTANT! READ ALL OF THIS! I have lived in several apartments in North Dallas and Plano and I have never experienced a place so terrible as Tribeca. Here is why you DO NOT want to live here... - Rats - Roaches - Terrible Management (they are rude, incompetent, and they treat you like an idiot) - Terrible Maintenance (nothing ever gets fixed) - No Green Areas (no place for pets to use the bathroom) - Drug Dealers Will be Your Neighbors - Pool Area is Constantly Trashed with Broken Glass, Cigarettes, and Weed Blunts - No Parking... None Whatsoever - Paper Thin Walls (You Will Hear Your Neighbors Have Sex) - And SOOOOO MUCH MORE.... So here's the deal... I absolutely hate Tribeca. I lose sleep every night knowing I still have time left in this dump. Living in Tribeca is like living in prison, except you're paying for it instead of the tax payers. So here is what we ALL need to do. Instead of leaving your problems here, you need to post your problems all over the web for the whole world to hear. We can not let Tribeca continue to do what they do and get away with it. I as well as many of those who live here have gone to management and nothing has been done, so we need to help save other people from getting into a lease with Tribeca... Here is how we can do this... Post your honest experiences (Do not lie and defame! Only post the truth) about Tribeca at consumer review sites. Doing this in abundance will force search engines to display the negative reviews in almost all listings when Tribeca Plano is searched. You need to make sure that you include keywords like Tribeca Plano, Tribeca Apartments, Tribeca Plano, TX or Tribeca Apartments Plano in the title and body of your post. Don't choose all of them, just one keyword phrase. By doing this, we will help prevent innocent people from moving to Tribeca, because when they Google the keyword phrase I mentioned above, negative consumer reviews will display and they will stay clear of Tribeca. The people need the truth! And we need to give it to them! We hold the power! When posting reviews to various sites, do not post the same review to all sites, they will not all rank in the search engines. Post different reviews if you want to post to more than one site.
