I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. Obviously, these complaints are coming from jaded ex-residents who didn't comply with their lease agreements. Here's a novel tip.....try READING the lease before you sign it so that way you know what you are getting into.

Personally I love living at Tribeca!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always planning really cool events for the residents like movie night and potluck dinners. My apartment is perfect! I love the large and spacious floorplan and Tribeca is centrally located between 121 and the tollway. I have several friends that just love my apartment and now they want to move here. I heard the office has a great referral bonus program too so I may have to keep that in mind. :-)

The grounds look nice and Tribeca has one of the classiest looking pools for an apartment complex in my opinion. If anyone is interested in looking at Tribeca then I welcome you to stop by the leasing office for a talk with the friendly staff and tour of the property. I find their rental rates resonable for the area and I honestly don't think you could get a better deal in Plano. Be sure to ask about their specials and to show you the cool sculpture garden.

Instead of criticizing others about their grammar, why don't you take some of your own advice and find a way to occupy yourself so those tenants who have concerns can have discussions free of negativity and useless feedback.

To Anonymous Spell checker- There you go, I deleted the entire thing so you can sleep at night. You are not on here for the right reasons. This is for reviews not grammar checks. Why don't you spend time adjusting the music so my apartment doesn't rattle during the day and keep me up at night. Not everyone wants to listen to that. Also, why don't you do something about the dog poop and pee in the elevators? I live on the second floor and loved the fact there are elevators and I never want to use them because they are gross.
