My husband and I have lived at the Tribeca for 14 months and we were actually ready to leave the first month after moving in, but got stuck in the lease. The parking is terrible you can never find a space. They seriously took no consideration when they built this complex. We are constantly infested with all kinds of bugs spiders, small millipedes ...etc which make it into our beds. We have a little baby and are constantly monitoring her and checking her for bites. Everything is cheaply made and always breaks! There is absolutely no nice view, no park nowhere to even take a walk! The pool is small with no hot tub! No storage space, We had to store our things outside on the tiny balcony. HOW EMBARRASSING!! This is NOT a family place! What of waste of space and money. HONESTLY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I wish I didn't have to give it a one star because its a 0! They would be better off turning it into a gas station!

I agree with your response and post. I live at Tribeca and moved immediately. My apartment was infested with roaches, millipedes, spiders, rolly pollies, little weird water bugs that would fall from the ceiling, crickets...you name it we had it. The parking was awful, the thin walls were horrible. We could hear our next door neighbors tv in our bedroom so there were countless sleepless nights - and no their tv was not loud. I spoke to multiple people in the complex and everyone said the same thing. Oh and everytime it rained the ceilings would get wet and there would be a big bubble in all of our bedrooms that looked like it was about to burst. There were multiple times that our neighbors screens came off and their apartments flooded during rain storms...talk about crappy construction. And yes, the lie they tell to everyone how their apartments are energy efficent makes me sick. I have the same price for my energy bill...it has never been that high in my life out of all the apartments I have lived in. All I can say is I think Tribeca is in distress or something because they monitor this site like crazy and post fake reviews and comments. I would not be surprised if they go out of business.

Not for nothing, but did either you or your husband take into consideration the layout of the parking lot, storage space, pool size, lack of a hot tub, or parking lot size into consideration BEFORE you moved in? I can see where apartment living and having a small baby to care for must have it's own challenges but most of your complaints about the complex seem to go back to a poor choice that you made in selecting an apartment that was clearly not suitable for your lifestyle. Therefore, I don't understand why you are blaming your initial decision to move here on the apartment complex. In all fairness, just because Tribeca wasn't suitable for your lifestyle doesn't make it a horrible place to live for anyone else.

WOW! I cannot believe how fast ----- responds to these posts. It's funny, if you look at every negative review it is backed by a response like above. When someone is looking for a place to live, 99% of people do not notice certain things that will end up driving them insane after time. For example; when I moved in, I saw so many apartments and was overwhelmed and I did not clearly think about how having weeds over flowing through parking lots that I have to walk over to get across to my building would drive me insane. ALSO- How is someone supposed to know that their apartment is going to be infested with bugs? -----, I am sure your not showing them that way. Also, I was shown a model apartment in the same building as the office, so, I didn't have to really pay attention to the weeds and dirty hallways in the other buildings since I was not taken there even though that is where my apartment is. Also-How is someone supposed to know their walls are going to be paper thn? Also- 14 months ago, you said you were going to have a fire pit to replace the hot tub, but, in all actuality there ended up being no fire pit and I believe it is still advertised on your website... along with saying this is a "engery efficiant" complex-my ass, if 250 a month for minimal use of electricity is energy effeciant, drafty windows, and cracks in the walls- than you just made a new definition for energy efficiant. But- I guess we all were supposed to know that our "nice" looking apartment would be all of these things just by looking at them once or twice, correct? Maybe, to give your comment more justification, you should start letting people move in with no contract, no payments for one month to let them see all of the "hidden" actualities as I mentioned above. But-you would never do that. Leasing an apartment is a taking a chance, it could be a great experience or it could turn into a horrible experience, sadly this has been a horrible one for me.
