The management team changes constantly. They are rude, don?t listen when you speak to them, and require constant "follow-up" to ensure that ANYTHING gets done.



The ceilings and walls are paper thin. You hear every noise that your neighbors make.



The upstairs apartment had a leak in the dishwasher that caused mold to appear in our pantry and laundry room. We complained and, after a week, nothing was done about it. So I started calling once every day. Eventually, they sent someone out to look at it who simply painted over the mold and, even then, missed many areas. I complained again and they sent another person out. This guy seemed to actually replace sheetrock. However, He never bothered to paint the sheetrock and left our pantry items out and our washing machine unattached.



The upstairs master bathtub leaks. There is a big bulge in the ceiling above our tub. I noted this on my move-in letter, yet the office staff didn?t seem to care. Now the ceiling is leaking. It took two guys over 8 hours to "fix the leak". They said once the sheetrock dried they?d send someone out to repair the hole in the ceiling. Yet, the next day when the upstairs people take a shower, our bathroom turns into a rain forest. Now that I can see inside the ceiling (thanks to the hole) I can see mold covering the boards and sheetrock inside. I doubt they?ll do anything about that. I?m still waiting on this to be repaired.



The grounds are covered in dog poop, so watch where you step. The gates are either always stuck open, or require you to be on top of them before the remote works. Even then, everyone knows the code (7000) to get in, so the gates serve little purpose.



The workout room is adaquate.



The office staff is constantly hosting breakfasts, and dessert parties and game nights... which is nice, I guess. Except no one really goes.



The have, more than once, sent us a nasty note claiming we didn?t pay for our garage. We don?t have a garage!



They change the trash days almost weekly and, as it stands now, only have 2 (monday and thursday). They rarely tell you about "trash holidays", but, if you put your trash out on the wrong day, you get a nasty note. Since yesterday was an unannouced trash holiday, we have several bags of our trash on our patio waiting for the next day. But, there is a giant pile of trash outside on the sidewalk waiting for someone to pick it up. Real nice for visitors to see. I?d be more than happy to bring the trash to the dumpster, except there is only one, and it?s as far from my apartment as possible.



There is no courtesy patrol. So, if they try to tell you there is, it?s a lie.



They never notify you of packages and, even though I?ve asked them not to, continue to accept packages for us. My wife called up once, expecting a Christmas package. We were told it wasn?t there. A few days later we got a note in our mailbox from the post office saying a package had arrived. When she went to pick it up, she found 3 packages for us. And the management told us they were getting ready to send them back because we hadn?t picked them up. More than once, my wife has gone in to get a package and found the office open and yet unattended. In each case, she just walked into the package room, found her packages, and left. If you need some cheap Christmas gifts, just visit the office one afternoon and take whatever you want. No one will be there to stop you.



Sure, maybe we?ve just had back luck. But, with all the apartments available in Dallas/Fort Worth, why take a chance'
