A neighbor told me about this website this afternoon. I read the reviews and was a bit surprised at what was on here. Granted, people that are happy usually do not bother to fill out these types of surveys. I have lived here for about 2 years now. My apartment has been pretty much maintenance-free. I did call about 5:30 Thursday night to request my weather stripping replaced, and a couple of places on the carpet repaired. I spoke with Misty. I came home from work today (Friday), and the weather stripping had been replaced, and maintenance had left a note stating that the someone was coming to fix the carpet on Monday. I did have some questions about my water bill, and Misty explaned to me that the current bill was for 2 months, because they had switched water billing companies. She did not at all seem like the hateful person that was described in a previous review.

To sum it all up, I have lived in several apartments over the past 10 years, and Tuscany Villas has been far better than the other places I have lived. I have stepped in dog poop, occasionally the gates don?t work, and sometimes I hear noise from the upstairs unit, but you find that anywhere you live.



P.S. To all you haters out there, I don?t work at Tuscany Villas, have never worked at Tuscany Villas, and have no affiliation with Tuscany Villas other than just living here.
