I have lived in this complex for nearly two years now - and have nothing but PROBLEMS! The office staff is rude, condisending, and unprofessional. The staff changes constantly as does the management company - so no one ever knows what is going on.

The water bill situation is outragious - I seem to be paying a water bill every two to three weeks - and then they had the nerve to put a past due notice on my door for TWENTY CENTS!

Cars are constantly SPEEDING and RACING thru the complex at night time, kids build skate boarding ramps outside in the parking lot, dog poop everywhere, and there is a lot of RIFF RAFF moving in - because they are practically GIVING the apts. away.

It may LOOK nice when you drive by during the day - but it's going DOWN HILL - FAST! Good luck getting in the gates - they are either STUCK OPEN or STUCK CLOSED. One night I couldn't even get IN to the complex!

I am moving as soon as my lease is up and it can't come soon enough!
