I can't hardly express how RUDE the staff is here at Tuscany Villas. The office staff is a joke. They are ALL unprofessional, especially MISTY B. (the B should stand for b***h). You have to call over and over for a maintenance requst. They are never on the same page for collecting rent. One person says you owe one thing, the other person will give you a totally off the wall price. The market price is ridiculous, and they will try to charge you that price, eventhough you paid your rent,and it takes them forever to locate your payment. They also lie and if you are ever late, be prepared to pay "made-up" fees, that they can never show proof of.
Bottom line, PLEASE think twice before moving to this hell hole.
